摘  要:地铁、轻轨等不断发展极大程度地减缓了交通拥堵、环境污染等问题,与此同时,车辆运营环境的复杂化也使得列车和轨道各部件的损伤也越来越严重,其中比较典型的问题就是轮轨间的钢轨的磨耗。为了降低地铁列车在轨道上运行时车辆和轨道之间的磨损,需要采取各种各样的减振或隔振措施。采用CAT钢轨波磨仪测试了剪切型减振器以及上部锁紧式双层非线性减振扣件两种轨道结构型式下在南京地铁1号线钢轨波磨的情况。在南京地铁1号线连续的6个月对相同区间内的钢轨的波磨进行跟踪测试,确认随着时间的增长剪切型减振器扣件钢轨的波磨在缓慢地增长,增长速度为1.5 dB/月,而上部锁紧式双层非线性减振扣件钢轨的波磨在缓慢地减小,减小的速度为0.7 dB/月。结果可以看出,剪切型减振器区间钢轨波磨严重发展,而上部锁紧式双层非线性减振扣件十分有效地抑制了钢轨波磨的增长。Continuous development of subways and light railways has greatly mitigated the traffic congestion,environmental pollution and some other issues.Meanwhile,the train and track parts damage is more and more serious due to the complexity of the vehicle operating environment.This is a typical wheel/rail fatigue and wear problem.In order to reduce the rail/wheel wear,various vibration attenuation and isolation measures are necessary.This paper shows that the rail corrugation phenomena of a railroad section of Nanjing No.1 Metro with shear-egg fasteners or GJ-32 fasteners had been tested by CAT for six consecutive months.The rail roughness of the section had been tracked and tested.The results show that the rail corrugation of the railroad section with shear-egg fasteners increases slowly with the growth rate of 1.5 dB/month,while the rail corrugation of the railroad section with GJ-32 fasteners decreases slowly with the reduction rate of 0.7 dB/month.As a result,it can be seen that the rail corrugation of the track with the shear type shock absorbers,the shear-egg fasteners,is seriously developed,while the upper locking double nonlinear vibration damping fasteners,the GJ-32 fasteners,can suppress the growth of the rail roughness very effectively.
