摘 要:针对车辆在上坡行驶时出现的频繁换挡问题以及下坡行驶时发生的意外升挡现象,基于EKF算法和坡道动力学模型对坡道进行了辨识。在坡道辨识模型和传统换挡规律的基础上,提出了基于模糊控制方法的双离合自动变速器挡位实时在线优化。通过MATLAB/Simulink搭建车辆模糊换挡控制模型,并对比分析优化前后的车辆换挡规律仿真结果。结果表明,优化后的换挡规律避免了车辆的频繁换挡和意外升挡,改善了驾驶员驾驶舒适性和行车安全性。Aiming at the problem of frequent shift phenomenon of the vehicle running in the uphill condition,and the unexpected upshift phenomenon of the vehicle running in the downhill condition.The value of slope is identified based on the EKF algorithm and the dynamics model of ramp.On the basis of ramp identification model and traditional shift schedule,a real time online optimization of dual clutch transmission(DCT)gear is presented based on fuzzy control method.A simulation model of vehicle fuzzy shift control is established by using MATLAB/Simulink,and the simulation and comparison analysis of the shift schedule of the vehicle before and after the optimization are carried out.The results indicate that the optimized vehicle shift schedule could effectively avoid the frequent shift and unexpected upshift of vehicle.The riding comfort of driver and the vehicle safety are improved.
