摘　　要：近年来,国外图书馆新馆员入职培训目标正在发生着深刻的变化,强调馆员专业素养的培养,注重馆员的批判性思维和反思能力,以"专业发展"为导向的新馆员入职培训,是馆员职业生涯发展的开始。文章分析了以"专业发展"为导向的新馆员入职培训,分析其特征,并据此提出了对新馆员入职培训的见解及建议。In recent years,the induction training target for new librarians in foreign libraries is undergoing profound changes,which emphasizes the training of librarians’professional quality,and pays more attention to the critical thinking and reflective ability of them.The induction training for new librarians with“professional development”as the guidance is the beginning of the librarians’career development.This article analyzes theinduction training for new librarians oriented by the“professional development”,analyzes its characteristics,and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the training.
