摘　　要："新工科"建设开拓了我国工程教育改革的新路径,对我国高等教育的改革与发展具有示范和引领作用。创新创业教育与专业教育相融合,是高等教育发展整体化和综合化趋势的标志,符合"新工科"背景下高等教育发展、改革的趋势和走向。以培养符合社会需求的双创型人才为目标,将创新创业教育与人才培养目标、课程体系、实践教学体系融合,打造融合型师资队伍,构建了电气类专业人才创新创业能力培养体系。Construction of“New engineering”opens up a new path for the reform of engineering education in China and has a demonstration and leading role in the reform and development of higher education in China.The integration of innovative and entrepreneurial education with professional education is a sign of the trend of the overall and comprehensive development of higher education,which conforms to the trend and direction of the development and reform of higher education under the background of“New engineering”.With the goal of cultivating double-innovative talents to meet the needs of the society,the innovative and entrepreneurial education should be deeply integrated with the talent training objectives,curriculum system and practical teaching system,and the integrated-type teacher team should be established so as to construct the training system of innovative and entrepreneurial ability for electrical professional talents.
