高校实验室资源共享模式和管理机制的研究

摘　　要：实验室资源是高等学校教学和科研工作的基础和载体。分析现有实验室资源管理模式存在的问题,提出紧随时代步伐的、科学化的实验室管理新模式,实现实验室的全天候开放、大型仪器设备详细信息的校内外公开及智能预约,实现实验场地的合理利用、师资资源的优质共享,以及实验室资源共享管理制度的配套升级。The laboratory resources are the basis and carrier of the teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the laboratory resource management mode,puts forward a new scientific laboratory management mode which keeps pace with the times,realizes the full-time opening of laboratories,open and intelligent booking of detailed information of large-scale instruments and equipment inside and outside the university,and achieves the rational utilization of experimental sites,the sharing of high-quality teachers’resources and the upgrading of the management system for the sharing of laboratory resources.
