摘  要:采用气相色谱法测定了浓香型原酒中己酸乙酯和乙酸乙酯的含量,并结合近红外光谱技术建立了原酒中己酸乙酯和乙酸乙酯的快速检测模型,通过R^2和RMSEP对模型质量进行评价,己酸乙酯和乙酸乙酯模型的R^2分别为0.9107、0.9164,RMSEP分别为2.1351、1.7918。在对模型进行验证实验中,其近红外预测值与化学实测值之间的R^2分别为0.9948、0.9977,预测相对误差分别为0.591%、0.712%。结果表明,建立的模型预测效果良好,近红外光谱技术在原酒批量分析中具有很好的应用前景。Ethyl caproate and ethyl acetate content in Nongxiang base liquor was determined by gas chromatography.Furthermore,the fast determination models had been established by use of near infrared spectroscopy.The correlation coefficient of calibration(R2)and the root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP)were used to evaluate the models.R2 values of ethyl caproate model and ethyl acetate model were 0.9107 and 0.9164 respectively,and RMSEP values were 2.1351 and 1.7918 respectively.The verification of the models showed that the correlation coefficients(R2)between the chemical values of ethyl caproate and ethyl acetate in samples and near infrared prediction were 0.9948 and 0.9977 respectively(standard errors of the prediction values were 0.591%and 0.712%respectively).The results suggested that the established models had good prediction effects and NIR had great application potentials in the analysis of large batches of base liquor samples.
