摘 要:白酒样品进行浓缩,采用湿法消解处理试样,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定白酒中铝的含量,相关系数R为0.99996,方法检出限为0.0024 mg/L,加标回收率为99.4%~103.7%,精密度试验结果相对偏差为0.55%。本法测定检出限低、灵敏度好、精密度高,适合白酒产品的日常检验。Baijiu samples were concentrated,and then treated by wet digestion,and the content of Al in the samples was detected by ICP-AES.The correlation coefficient R was 0.99996,the detection limit was 0.0024 mg/L,and the standard recovery rate was 99.2%to 103.7%.The relative standard deviation of precision experiments was 0.55%.This method had the advantages including low detection limit,good sensitivity and high precision,and it was suitable for routine detection of Baijiu products.
