摘  要:军用雷达车主要用于雷达天线快速、稳定地架设和撤收,完成对空打击、地面跟踪、信号干扰等任务。为保证车辆在不同环境下快速、高效地完成各个动作的架撤,设计了一种基于CAN总线的电液比例系统,满足了车辆自动化一键式操作的要求。建立了同步架撤天线时电液比例系统的数学模型,提出了基于交叉耦合原理的同步控制策略,保证了雷达天线同步架撤的顺利进行。实验结果表明:所设计的自动化电液比例系统具有工作稳定、可靠,响应速度快等优点,其同步控制策略具有较好的控制性能。The military radar vehicle is mainly used for the fast and stable erection and withdrawal of radar antenna to complete the air strike,ground tracking,signal interference and other tasks.To ensure its fast erection and withdrawal in different environments,an electro-hydraulic proportional system based on CAN bus is designed,it meets the vehicle requirements of automation one-key operation.The mathematical model of this system in synchronous antenna erection and withdrawal is established and a synchronization control strategy based on cross-coupling principle is proposed,which is used to ensure the smooth progress of synchronization erection and withdrawal of radar antenna.The experimental results show that the automation electro-hydraulic proportional system has the advantages of high stability,reliability and fast response,and the synchronous control strategy has good control performance.
