摘 要:[目的]调查重症监护病房(ICU)护士的心理授权水平,并探讨心理授权的人口学影响因素。[方法]采用自行设计的一般资料调查表和心理授权量表(Psychological Empowerment Scale,PES)对某市4所三级甲等医院的147名综合ICU护士进行调查。[结果]心理授权总分为(45.26±5.73)分,工作意义维度得分最高,工作影响维度得分最低。不同婚姻状况、工作年限、职务的护士心理授权得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而工作年限是ICU护士心理授权的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。[结论]综合ICU护士的心理授权水平处于中等水平,并且受工作年限等因素影响,护理管理者应积极探索提高ICU护理人员心理授权的有效途径。Objective:To investigate the psychological empowerment level of nurses in the Intensive Care Unit(ICU)and to explore the demographic influence factors of psychological empowerment.Methods:A total of 147 comprehensive ICU nurses in four third Grade A hospitals in a city were surveyed by using a Self Designed General Data Questionnaire and Psychological Empowerment Scale(PES).Results:The total score of psychological empowerment was 45.26±5.73,the work significance dimension score was the highest,and the work influence dimension score was the lowest.The differences in psychological empowerment scores of nurses with different marital status,working years and positions were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the working years were the main influencing factors of ICU nurses′psychological empowerment(P<0.05).Conclusions:The level of psychological empowerment of comprehensive ICU nurses was at a medium level and affected by factors such as working years.Nursing managers should actively explore effective ways to improve the psychological empowerment of ICU nursing staff.
