摘　　要：加快生态文明建设,把经济发展与环境保护结合起来,实现人与自然和谐相处,是新时代甘肃健康稳定可持续发展的必由之路,是生态环境走文明发展道路的升华。着眼于"生态立省、集群创新发展",立足长远,和谐共生的思路,通过培育和发展具有集群效应和创新能力的特色产业群,为生产方式的转变和循环低碳绿色经济的发展奠定坚实的基础。这样客观上促进了甘肃生态文明建设的进程,使甘肃生态环境不断稳步优化。Accelerating the construction of ecological civilization,combining economic development with environmental protection and people’s all-round development to achieve harmony between man and nature is the only way for Gansu to develop a healthy,stable and sustainable development in the new era.It is the sublimation of the ecological environment.Focusing on the“ecological province,cluster innovation development”,based on the long-term,harmonious symbiosis,through the cultivation and development of characteristic industrial clusters with clustering and innovation capabilities,to lay a solid foundation for the transformation of production mode and the development of circular low-carbon green economy Foundation.In this way,the process of ecological civilization construction in Gansu is objectively promoted,and the ecological environment in Gansu is continuously and steadily optimized.
