摘　　要：目的探究急诊科抢救心脑血管疾病中的安全隐患与措施。方法选取2017年7月～2018年7月自行到我院就诊的心脑血管疾病患者35例作为对照组;另选择同期接受我院急诊科急救治疗且开展安全防范措施的心脑血管疾病患者35例作为研究组,对比两组抢救的效果。结果研究组总有效率、病死率与对照组对比,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊科抢救心脑血管疾病中开展安全防范措施的效果显著,能够有效缓解患者症状,降低病死率,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the hidden dangers and measures of rescuing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in emergency department.Methods From July 2017 to July 2018,35 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases who came to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as control group.Another 35 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases who received emergency treatment in our hospital at the same time and carried out safety precautions were selected as the study group,and the results of rescue were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and mortality in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to carry out safety measures in rescuing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in emergency department.It is of high clinical value to relieve the symptoms and reduce the mortality.
