摘 要:多轴混合动力车辆的机电并联驱动系统包含机械轴驱动和电动机驱动,根据整车的行驶性能要求,可构成整车的多种驱动模式。通过分析该驱动系统在多功率流下的能量流向,制定了基于规则的多轴车机电并联驱动系统控制策略。建立基于Advisor的整车驱动系统模型,针对特定的循环工况,仿真分析了整车的驱动特性、工作模式切换以及各部件的动态控制过程,初步验证了该机电并联驱动系统在动力性能方面的优势,可用于指导多轴混合动力车辆驱动系统的设计。Mechanical axle drive and electric motor drive is integrated in the electro-mechanical drive system in parallel configuration in multiple axle hybrid vehicles.Different drive mode can be configured according to vehicle driving performance requirements.By analysis of the energy flow of the various power flow in the drive system,control strategy has been established for the electro-mechanical parallel drive system in multiple axle hybrid vehicles based on rules.It establishes the whole vehicle drive system model using Advisor,simulates and analyzes the whole vehicle drive features,operating mode shift and dynamic control process of different parts,verifies advantages of power performance for the electro-mechanical parallel drive system in specific cycling operating conditions.The research result can be used to guide the design of multiple axle hybrid vehicle drive system.
