摘　　要：实训基地是将理论知识与实践技能融合到一起的纽带,是提高学生职业能力,为企业培养准员工的平台。为确保实训基地真正服务于教学,必需加强实训基地基础设施、相关设备的引进等硬件建设,同时加强实训基地管理规章制定的制定与落实等软件建设。实训基地运行以项目为载体,在教师指导下,以学生为主体管理。教学服务型实训基地采取学校投入、师生管理、产品归学校的管理方式,创新创业型实训基地采取学生投入、学生管理、产品归学生的管理方式。The Training base is a link between the theoretical knowledge and practical skills,which is a platform to improve students’professional ability and to train prospective employees for companies.In order to make the training base be of service to the teaching,on the one hand,it is necessary to strengthen the“hardware”construction such as the infrastructure and equipments instruction;on the other hand,it is necessary to strengthen the“software”construction such as the establishment and implementa?tion of management regulations.
