浅谈电大教师素质评价体系的构建

摘　　要：目前电大系统教师素质评价系统所测得的指标分值不能准确反映教师素质的真实情况,难以有效提高教学质量。所以电大教师素质指标的定性分析应当转化为定量求解,必须运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法的手段,来建立电大教师素质评价体系。At present,the index scores measured by the evaluation system of teachers’quality in TV University can not accurately reflect the true situation of teachers’quality,and it is difficult to effectively improve the quality of teaching.Therefore,the qualitative analysis of the quality indicators of TVU teachers should be transformed into quantitative solution,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method must be used to establish the quality evaluation system of TVU teachers.
