摘　　要：为了完善我校经济管理学部《管理学》平台课的课程建设,打造优质课程,对企业管理人员、本校《管理学》任课教师、相关教研室主任、兄弟院校《管理学》任课教师、本校学习《管理学》的学生进行了问卷调查。基于调研结果,从教学内容、教学方法、教学资源和考核方式四个方面提出了《管理学》平台课建设改革的思路和举措,促使教学内容更加合理、教学方法更为多样、教学资源更为丰富、考核方式更加有效。并且通过对平台课程进行严格的统一管理,确保平台课建设的各项措施得以落实。In order to optimize the construction of online courses in Management conducted by the Economic and Management Department in our university,this study undertakes a questionnaire survey among enterprise managers,Management teachers in our school and other peer universities,directors of related teaching and research departments,as well as students studying Management in our school.Based on the results of the survey,this paper puts forward several thoughts and initiatives for the construction of online courses in Management from four aspects:teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching resources,and assessment methods.The aim is to make the teaching content more reasonable,the teaching methods more various,the teaching resources more abundant,and the assessment methods more effective.Moreover,strict and unified management of the online courses has been carried out,ensuring the construction of the online course platform to be fully implemented.
