摘  要:2013—2017年贵州省食品安全地方标准申请立项数为159个,其中有30个标准得到编制发布,占申请总数的18.9%。在编制发布的标准中,产品标准有19个(64%),检验方法有7个(23%),生产技术规范有4个(13%)。有2个标准的采标率达到100.0%,1个标准的采标率达到99.6%。近两年通过立项的标准数量呈逐年下降趋势,生产技术规范类标准更容易制定成功。文章通过对2013—2017年贵州省食品安全地方标准制定情况进行了整理和分析,并对今后贵州省食品安全地方标准的申请和制定提出了建议供参考。From 2013 to 2017,there were 159 applications for food safety local standards in Guizhou province,thirty of these standards have been developed and issued,accounting for 18.9%of the total number of the applications.There are 19 product standards,7 inspection methods and 4 production specifications of the published standards.Two standards’adopted rate achieved 100.0%,one standard’s adopted rate achieved 99.6%.In the past two years,the number of standards passed the project examine has been decreasing year by year,and the production specification standards were easier to established successfully.In this paper,the establishment condition of food safety local standards in Guizhou province from 2013 to 2017 is summarized and analyzed,and some suggestions for future application and formulation of food safety local standards in Guizhou province are put forward for reference.
