摘 要:目的了解护生在儿科实习期间的心理状态,明确压力源,探讨应对措施。方法通过自制问卷对在儿科实习过的护生进行调查,分析护生在儿科实习期间的压力源及程度。结果护生在儿科实习期间存在较大的压力,会产生不同程度的心理改变。结论多角度分析护生在儿科实习期间所面临的压力源,针对压力源,提出科学合理的应对措施,更人性化指导学生进行临床实践,能在一定程度上提高学生学习兴趣及职业认同感,从而帮助其顺利渡过实习期。Objective:To understand the psychological state of nursing students during their pediatric practice,identify the sources of stress and explore the countermeasures.Methods:A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the stress sources and degree of nursing students who had been interned in pediatrics.Results:During the practice of pediatrics,nursing students had greater pressure and psychological changes.Conclusion:Multi-angle analysis of the stressors faced by nursing students during their pediatric practice can help them tide over the practice period smoothly.
