摘 要:为了研究实际重合度对啮合刚度及齿轮动态响应的影响,使用三维建模软件SolidWorks建立齿轮啮合装配模型,将模型导入有限元软件ANSYS Workbench的瞬态动力学模块中,用准静态的方法求出了不同工况下的啮合刚度,分析了实际重合度对啮合刚度的影响。接着使用MATLAB在两组工况下,分别对实际重合度与理论重合度的齿轮副动力学模型进行数值仿真,发现两者的动态响应有所区别,表明在进行齿轮动力学分析时,应根据具体的工况确定实际重合度,使分析更加精确。In order to research the influence of real contact ratio on meshing stiffness and gear dynamic response,the gear meshing assembly model is constructed via the 3D modeling software SolidWorks,and the model is put into the transient module of FEA software ANSYS Workbench directly,the meshing stiffness under different work conditions is calculated by the Quasi-static method,the influence of real contact ratio on meshing stiffness is studied.Then,under two group operating conditions,the numerical simulations of gear dynamics model with real and theoretical contact ratio is completed respectively by MATLAB,the difference of dynamics response of gear pairs with real and theoretical contact ratio is found.The research shows,during the gear meshing dynamics analysis,the determination of real contact ratio according to special operating condition should be considered,so that obtain a precise analysis resolution.
