摘  要:针对单线铁路隧道洞内会错车困难、多开挖避车洞、施工效率低等问题,设计一种窄体双缸混凝土输送泵,调整整机部件布局,整机宽度为1.46m,每小时混凝土输送能力为60m3,水平输送距离为800m,泵送压力为7.4~13MPa,对整机机架进行静力学分析,结构强度满足需求,设备性能能够满足单线铁路隧道施工需求。A narrow-body double cylinder concrete pump is designed to solve the problems of difficult vehicle,multi excavation avoiding hole and low construction efficiency in single line railway tunnel.Through adjusting the layout of the whole machine parts,the width of the whole machine is 1.46 m,the transportation capacity of concrete is 60m3 per hour,the horizontal transportation distance is 800m,the pumping pressure is 7.4~13MPa,and the whole machine is on the whole machine.The frame is statics analysis,the structural strength meets the demand,and the equipment performance can meet the construction demand of single track railway tunnel.
