摘 要:采用GC2010-Plus气相色谱仪测定了江西省36个地区共102份茶籽油样本的脂肪酸含量,并按地理纬度分4个片区对其进行了方差分析、多重比较及相关性分析。结果表明:茶油中十七烷酸、硬脂酸含量随产地纬度的增加呈升高的趋势,不饱和脂肪酸含量则呈降低的趋势。9种脂肪酸相关性分析结果表明不饱和脂肪酸含量与油酸含量呈极显著正相关,与饱和脂肪酸、十七烷酸、亚油酸、α-亚麻酸、棕榈酸及硬脂酸含量呈极显著负相关,与棕榈油酸含量呈显著负相关。102 fatty acid content of camellia oil from 36 different areas in Jiangxi Province have been measured by GC2010-Plus Gas Chromatograph.The 102 samples were divided into 4 groups according to geographic latitude,on which variance analysis,multiple comparison and correlation analysis have been studied.The results indicated that the content of heptadecanoic acid and stearic acid increased with increasing latitude,but the content of unsaturated fatty acid was just contrary.The correlation analysis showed that the content of unsaturated fatty acid was very significantly correlated with the content of oleic acid,but a significant negative correlation with the content of saturated fatty acid,heptadecanoic acid,linoleic acid,α-linolenic acid,palmitic acid and stearic acid,and a negative correlation with the content of palmitoleic acid.
