摘 要:本文以苏州南部500 kV电网UPFC为例,提出系统级多目标自适应控制策略。该控制策略主要包括:通过自适应模块,在电网正常运行状态下,优先保证潮流控制目标;在系统发生N-1故障或者因工况改变导致线路过载时,优先保证线路不超过其功率极限。应用电力系统仿真软件BPA以及电磁仿真软件PSCAD对UPFC进行建模仿真分析,仿真结果表明,本文所提出的UPFC系统级多目标自适应控制策略在系统正常运行以及发生故障后均能达到预期的控制效果,保证电网的安全运行。In this paper,the multi-target adaptive system control strategy is proposed based on 500 kV UPFC at Suzhou southern grid.The control strategy mainly includes:Assure in priority flow control target through adaptive module and under normal operation condition of power grid.In case of overload of line due to N-1 fault in the system or condition variation,assure in priority the line does not exceed its power limit.Modeling simulation analysis for UPFC is performed by the simulation software BPA of power system and electromagnetic simulation software PSCAD.It is shown by the simulation result that the multi-target adaptive system control strategy of UPFC system proposed in this paper can reach the expected control effect during both system normal operation and after the fault,so to assure safe operation of the power grid.
