摘 要:为探讨笃斯越桔、越桔、欧洲越桔3种浆果提取物的体外抗氧化活性,以3种野生浆果果实为原料进行提取并分离纯化,得到冻干粉末9组,分别测定了其花色苷含量、总多酚含量、清除羟自由基能力、清除DPPH自由基能力及总还原能力。结果表明,越桔、笃斯越桔和欧洲越桔3种浆果的提取物均有较好的抗氧化能力,DPPH自由基清除率分别可达(86.68±2.39)%、(97.63±1.65)%、(98.09±1.54)%;羟自由基清除率分别可达(81.80±1.23)%、(91.04±1.26)%和(93.22±1.39)%,笃斯越桔和欧洲越桔抗氧化活性高于越桔。9种纯化组分中,笃斯越桔和欧洲越桔30%乙醇洗脱物组分的抗氧化活性最强,总还原力分别为(1 197.4±25.93)/g和(1 237.5±27.13)/g。In order to explore the in vitro antioxidant activity of extracts from three kinds of berry including Vaccinium uliginosum Linn.,Vaccinium vitis-idaea Linn.and Vaccinium myrtillus Linn.,using three kinds of wild berries fruits as raw materials,nine groups of freeze-dried powders were obtained after the treatments of extraction,isolation and purification.The contents of anthocyanins and total polyphenols,hydroxyl radical and DPPH radical scavenging ability,and total reduction ability were measured,respectively.The results showed that the extracts from three kinds of berries had strong antioxidant ability.The DPPH radical scavenging rates were(86.68±2.39)%,(97.63±1.65)%and(98.09±1.54)%,respectively.And the hydroxyl radical scavenging rates were(81.80±1.23)%,(91.04±1.26)%and(93.22±1.39)%,respectively.The antioxidant activity of the V.uliginosum Linn.and V.myrtillus Linn.was higher than that of the V.vitis-idaea Linn.Among the nine kinds of purified components,the 30%ethanol eluent of V.uliginosum Linn.and V.myrtillus Linn.had the strongest antioxidant activity,and the total reducing abilities were(1 197.4±25.93)/g and(1 237.5±27.13)/g,respectively.
