安氏Ⅱ1类错青少年患者应用不同拔牙模式后软组织侧貌变化研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨安氏Ⅱ1类错青少年患者应用不同拔牙模式后软组织侧貌变化。方法:收治青少年安氏Ⅱ1类错患者82例,随机分为两组,每组各41例。对照组拔除上颌2颗第一前磨牙,下颌不拔牙,研究组拔除上颌2颗第一磨牙和下颌2颗第二前磨牙,比较矫治前后两组软组织线距及角度的变化。结果:研究组治疗后EP-UL、EP-LL距离明显短于对照组,Pog-B-FH、A-UL-FH、FH-Ns-Pog、Cm-Sn-UL、B-LL-FH角大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:拔除上颌2颗第一磨牙和下颌2颗第二前磨牙模式可以使上牙内收、下牙更直立,能改善软组织侧貌。Objective:To investigate the changes of soft tissue profile in adolescents with Angle'sⅡ1 class error after different tooth extraction modes.Methods:82 cases of adolescents with Angle'sⅡ1 class error were divided into two groups randomly.Two maxillary first premolars and two mandibular second premolars were extracted in the control group,while the mandibular first molars and two mandibular second premolars were extracted in the research group,the change of the distance and Angle of soft tissue in two groups before and after correction was compared.Results:The EP-UL and EP-LL distances in the research group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the angles of Pog-B-FH,A-UL-FH,FH-Ns-Pog,Cm-Sn-UL and B-LL-FH were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Extraction of two maxillary first molars and two mandibular second premolars could make the upper and lower teeth more upright and improve the soft tissue profile.
