牙周整复术在口腔修复患者中的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的:观察牙周整复术在口腔修复中的临床效果。方法:收治口腔修复患者72例,随机分为两组,每组各36例。对照组行常规口腔修复术,研究组行牙周整复术,对比两组的口腔修复效果及口腔功能、外观的评分。结果:研究组的口腔恢复良好率94.44%,功能评分和外观评分(93.51±4.87)分、(95.32±4.28)分,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);牙龈萎缩发生率5.56%,显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对口腔修复患者应用牙周整复术具有显著的临床疗效,可有效减少牙龈萎缩的发生,改善牙齿的功能及外观美观性。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of periodontal restoration in prosthodontics.Methods:72 patients with oral prosthodontics were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups equally.The control group received routine prosthodontics,and the study group underwent periodontal restoration,the effects of oral prosthodontics,oral function and appearance score were compared between the two groups.Results:The oral recovery rate of the study group was 94.44%,and the functional score and appearance score(93.51±4.87)and(95.32±4.28)were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of gingival recession was significantly lower than that of the control group by 5.56%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of periodontal rectification in patients with oral prosthesis has significant clinical effects,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of gingival atrophy and improve the function and appearance of teeth.
