摘　　要："以人民为中心"的体育发展观是习近平同志关于人民、关于体育发展问题的重要创新性理论成果。该思想的形成遵循了历史传承与时代发展、目标导向与问题导向、思想理念与具体实践的逻辑统一。这一思想包涵三方面的内容,即体育发展为了人民、依靠人民、成果由人民共享。其重大价值在于对社会主要矛盾的历史性变化作出了时代应答,为谋划和推动新时代体育事业发展提供了道路遵循,为新时代体育强国建设凝聚了共识和力量。“People-centered sports development outlook”is an important theoretical achievement on the people and sports development proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping.Its formation follows the logical unity of historical inheritance and development of the times,focusing on the goal achieving and problem solving,uniting the ideology and practice.The basic connotation of this concept is that the development of sports is for the people,relies on the people,and is shared by the people.Its great value lies in response to the historical changes in solving main social contradictions,pointing out the direction for promoting the development of sports in the new era,gathering consensus and strengthening the building of a sports power in the new era.
