摘  要:如何建立培养体系来提升本科生的创新能力,是大专院校急需解决的教育问题之一,各级重点实验室可能是解决该问题的有效途径。依托浙江省植物次生代谢调控重点实验室,结合传统教学模式来构建本科生创新能力培养的体系,重点包括制度建设、管理实施、奖惩等措施,融入专业理论与实践相结合的培养思想,注重个人科研和人文素养的培养。在该综合体系的实施中,学生的素养、实践能力、团队协作能力等得到较大提升,并获得了各种科研成果,效果显著,同时拓宽了学生的就业面,提升了就业率和就业水平。One of the educational problems,which need to be solved urgently in colleges and universities,is to build a comprehensive training system to improve the innovation ability of undergraduates,and key laboratories may be an effective way to solve the problem.We established the cultivation system mainly based on the Key Laboratory of Plant Secondary Metabolism and Regulation of Zhejiang Province,by combining the traditional teaching modes.The assurance system mainly included making rules,management and implementation,reward and punishment,and integrated the training ideas of the theory and practice.And the system focused on the cultivation of personal scientific literacy and humanistic quality.In the practice of the comprehensive system,it was remarkable effects that students’comprehensive quality,practical ability and teamwork ability have been greatly improved,and students obtained various scientific research results.Meanwhile,the employment scope was expended,the employment rate was increased,and the employment level was improved.
