摘　　要：本文从全面深刻理解习近平新时代教育思想内涵、充分理解和领会新时代教师的责任与义务、坚持不懈地进行教师习近平新时代教育思想学习的培训与提高三个方面阐明了习近平新时代教育思想背景下教师再进修培训的重要性与必要性。广大教育工作者应不断加强学习提高,确实肩负起人民教师立德树人的神圣职责与使命,为培养造就新时代中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和接班人而努力拼搏!The importance and necessity of teachers'further training under the background of the new era of Xi Jinping's education are clarified from three aspects:a comprehensive understanding of the connotation of the new era of education,a profound understanding of the responsibilities and obligations of teachers in the new era,the unremitting training and awareness of the education and improvement of the new era of Teacher Education in the new era of Xi Jinping.The majority of the educators should continue to strengthen their study and improvement,fulfill the glorious mission and responsibilities of the people of Lide,and strive to cultivate the builders and successors of the cause of socialismwith Chinese characteristics.
