摘　　要：本文基于创新人才培养,从建设教师队伍、建立考评体系、构建课程体系、改革教学方法和创新奖励机制等方面问题进行了有益的探讨,为培养高素质的创新人才提出了教学模式改革建议,具有一定借鉴意义。Based on the cultivation of innovative talents,this paper makes a beneficial discussion on the construction of teachers,the establishment of examination and evaluation system,the construction of curriculum system,the reform of teaching methods and the innovation reward mechanism,etc.In order to train high-quality innovative talents,this paper puts forward some suggestions on teaching mode reform,which has certain reference significance.
