浅谈案例法在《房地产开发与经营》课程教学中的应用

摘　　要：举例法是各专业课程授课中较常用的一种教学手段,教学中准确生动地运用案例,能够帮助学生启迪思维,提高专业课学习兴趣,活跃课堂教学气氛。特别是在房地产基础学科中,案例法普遍被使用,并得到了学生的认可,达到了事半功倍的效果。The example is one of the more commonly used teaching methods in the teaching of various specialized courses.The accurate and vivid use of cases in the teaching can help students to enlighten their thinking,improve their interest in the study of professional courses,and activate the atmosphere of classroom teaching.Especially in the basic disciplines of real estate,the example is commonly used,and has been recognized by students,and achieved twice the result with half the effort.
