摘  要:人才培养一直以来都是国家发展的重要支撑,随着中国经济发展步伐的加速,如何培养具有国际视野的卓越工程技术人员,满足我国社会发展需求,是工科院校不断探索的教学论题。本文将人才培养与制造业的需求相结合,就实践环节对工程训练的重要性、工科学生实践能力提升的教育模式和方法、网络虚拟实验平台建设意义和实例等方面进行探讨,浅谈网络虚拟实践教学平台建设对工科学生培养模式。Talent cultivation has always been an important support for the development of the country.With the acceleration of China's economic development,how to cultivate outstanding engineers and technicians with a global perspective to meet the needs of China's social development is a teaching topic that is continuously explored by engineering colleges.This paper combines talent cultivation with the needs of the manufacturing industry,it discusses the importance of practical aspects to engineering training,the educational models and methods for enhancing the practical ability of engineering students,and the significance and examples of the construction of virtual experimental network platforms.Talking about the construction of network virtual practice teaching platform and the training mode of engineering students.
