摘　　要：转型发展是当前我国高等教育中本科院校建设与改革的重要方向。本研究从信息学院的应用型转型入手,以电子信息类专业人才培养的教育理念、培养规格、课程体系、教学方式等方面为例,结合以往应用型人才培养存在的突出问题,深入探讨了转型发展时期应用型人才培养的具体措施,以及先期探索取得的部分成效,为电子信息类本科应用型人才培养的实践提供了比较好的借鉴与启示。The transformation and development is an important direction for the construction and reform of colleges and universities in China's higher education.This study starts from the Application Institute of information transformation,electronic information professional personnel training education,training standards,curriculum system,teaching mode,for example,combined with the cultivation of applied talents of the outstanding problems,discusses the specific measures of transition period of development of applied talents,and preliminary exploration part the results achieved,and provides a reference for the cultivation of good practice for electronic information undergraduate applied talents.
