摘　　要：本文从教师要树立良好的教学态度、精心组织教学内容以及探索教学方法三个主要方面对如何提高教学效果、激发学生的学习自主性进行了探讨。从关心学生和热爱教学对良好教学态度的树立进行了探讨;从理论联系实际,激发学习兴趣,完善知识体系和做好教学设计对组织教学内容进行了阐述;从学生课前预习、课堂设置问题和充分利用网络对教学方法进行了探索。This paper discussed how to improve teaching effect and motivate students'learning autonomy from three main aspects:establishing a good teaching attitude,carefully organizing teaching contents and exploring teaching methods.The establishment of good teaching attitudes were discussed from caring about students and loving teaching.The organization of teaching contents were expounded from arousing the interest of learning and doing well in teaching design.The teaching methods were explored frompre class preview,problemsetting in class and full use of the network.
