摘　　要：高职院校志愿者服务活动管理的实施,可以从根本上降低服务对于活动的负面效应,并促使相关活动进行科学设置,实现志愿文化传承,满足当前时代的需求。但在实际的管理过程中,受其活动的自身性质影响,还存在一些问题。基于此,笔者结合自身工作经验,对高职院校志愿者服务活动管理体系进行详细的分析研究,以供相关工作人员参考。The implementation of volunteer service activity management in higher vocational colleges can fundamentally reduce the negative effects of service activities,and promote the scientific establishment of related activities so as to realize the inheritance of volunteer culture and meet the needs of the current era.But in the actual management process,influenced by the nature of its activities,there are still some problems.Based on this,the author,combined with his own work experience,carries out a detailed analysis and Research on the volunteer service activities management system in higher vocational colleges,so as to provide reference for the relevant staff.
