摘 要:目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)在中医临床教学中的应用。方法将56名本科生随机分为观察组28名和对照组28名,对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组在传统教学方法的基础上采用Mini-CEX培训及考核,比较2组毕业考核成绩。结果观察组考核成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组学生认为Mini-CEX能提高其临床接诊能力及医患沟通能力,充分调动其学习的积极性和主动性,锻炼其中医临床思维能力。结论 Mini-CEX对深化中医临床教学改革,完善中医临床考核评估系统,提高中医临床教学水平,提高本科生实践能力和中医临床思维具有积极的推动作用。Objective To explore the application of Mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 56 undergraduates were randomly divided into observation group of 28 and control group of 28.The control group used traditional teaching methods,and the observation group used Mini-CEX for training and assessment based on traditional teaching methods.The scores of the two groups were compared.Results The performance of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The students in the observation group believed that Mini-CEX could improve their clinical reception ability and doctor-patient communication ability,also can fully mobilize their study enthusiasm and initiative,and exercise their clinical thinking ability of TCM.Conclusion Mini-CEX has a positive role in deepening the clinical teaching reform of TCM,improving the TCM clinical evaluation system,improving the clinical teaching level of TCM,improving undergraduates's practical ability and the clinical thinking of TCM.
