摘　　要：目的结合医学免疫学课程特点,本文主要探讨如何将科研的研究内容和免疫学的前沿进展引入医学免疫学的教学,提高医学免疫学的教学质量和教学效果。方法以教学为中心,以科研为基础,通过采用多种形式的教学模式和教学方法的改革,将科研融入医学免疫学理论教学中;通过科研结合实践教学培养学生的科研能力。结果教学带动科研,科研促进教学,能够激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生学习的主观能动性,培养学生独立分析、科学解决问题的能力,增强学生科研思维能力和科研实践能力。结论将科研融入医学免疫学教学可成为提高教学质量的有效途径。Objective Combining with the characteristics of medical immunology,this paper mainly explore how to involve the research frontier and research contents of immunology into the course teaching,so as to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect of medical immunology.Methods With teaching as the center and scientific research as the foundation,scientific research is integrated into the teaching theory of medical immunology through the several of teaching mode and teaching method reform.The students'scientific research ability is cultivated through the combination of scientific research and practical teaching.Results Teaching drove scientific research and scientific research promoted teaching.Then students'interests could be stimulated in learning and students'initiative was enhanced.Furthermore,students would understand how to solve problem independently with scientific thinking,which also could strengthen students'ability of scientific research practice ability.Conclusion Integrating scientific research into teaching of medical immunology can be an effective way to improve teaching quality.
