中医皮肤科住院医师规范化培训中的问题及对策探讨

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是医学教育的重要组成部分,是培养合格临床医生的必经之路。皮肤病具有专业性强的特点,学生基础相对薄弱、单一的带教模式、简单的考核方式是临床带教中的常见问题。针对以上问题,我们采取加强理论知识培训、联合应用多种带教方式、采取多种考核模式等解决对策,收到了较好的效果。现就带教过程中遇到的问题和解决对策做以总结。The standardized training of residents is an important part of medical education,and is the only way to train qualified clinicians.Skin diseases are characterized by professionalism,relatively weak students'foundation,single teaching mode and simple examination method.In view of the above problems,we have adopted the training of theoretical knowledge,combined application of various teaching methods,and many kinds of assessment modes to solve the problems,and we have received good results.This article summarizes the problems and solutions in the course of teaching.
