摘  要:[目的]编制五年制高职护生关键能力评价量表,并进行信效度检验。[方法]根据关键能力的操作性定义及已构建完成的五年制高职护生关键能力评价指标体系,通过文献查询、专家咨询及质性访谈,初步确定量表的理论结构,运用项目分析、探索性因子分析、主成分分析和信效度检验等方法对随机抽取的江苏省4所五年一贯制高职卫生院校1 883名护理专业学生进行正式测试,验证关键能力评价量表的信度和效度。[结果]五年制高职护生关键能力评价正式量表包括5个因子,共50个条目,即组织与控制能力、工作与学习的方法能力、社会交往与合作能力、创业者的特征心理素质及处理信息的能力。每个条目与总分均显著相关;各因子负荷在0.40~0.80,累积方差贡献率为55.776%;5个因子和总量表内部一致性系数(Cronbach′sα系数)分别为0.897,0.885,0.865,0.874,0.808,0.960,分半信度为0.878,0.764,0.791,0.770,0.768,0.889。[结论]本研究编制的五年制高职护生关键能力评价量表具有较好的信效度,可作为评价五年制高职护生关键能力培养效果的测量工具。Objective:To develop a key abilities evaluation scale for nursing students in five year higher vocational colleges and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:According to the operational definition of the key abilities and the evaluation index system of the key abilities of the five year vocational nursing students,the theoretical structure of the scale was preliminarily determined by literature inquiry,expert consultation and qualitative interview,and the item analysis was used.Exploratory factor analysis,principal component analysis and reliability and validity test were used to test 1 883 nursing students in 4 five year health colleges in Jiangsu Province,and to verify the reliability and validity of the critical competency evaluation scale.Results:The formal scale for the evaluation of the key abilities of nursing students in five year higher vocational colleges included 50 items of 5 factors,namely,the ability of organization and control,the ability of method of work and study,the ability of social communication and cooperation.Entrepreneur undefined characteristic psychological quality and ability to deal with information.Each item was significantly correlated with the total score,the load of each factor was 0.40~0.80,the contribution rate of cumulative variance was 55.776%,the internal consistency coefficient(Cronbach undefinedα)of the five factors and the total quantity table were 0.897,0.885,0.865,0.874,0.808,0.960 and the split half reliability was 0.878,0.764,0.791,0.770,0.768,0.889 respectively.Conclusions:The evaluation scale developed by this study had good reliability and validity,and could be used as a measurement tool to evaluate the effect of nursing students undefined key abilities training in five year higher vocational colleges.
