摘 要:目的:探讨PBL结合3D打印技术学模式在骨外科研究生教学中的教学效果。方法:选取2012级8年制研究生74名学生,随机分为试验组(37名)和对照组(37名)参加骨科课程,试验组使用髋臼骨折3D打印模型的PBL教学模式,对照组只采用标准化的PBL教学模式而不带有3D打印模型。以问卷调查的形式评估两组的教学效果。结果:两组教学方法和教学效果认可程度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组教学的学生对髋臼骨折相关知识知识的掌握能力明显提高,学习的主动性更高。在临床操作过程中,团队合作与沟通能力的锻炼上,PBL教学组明显优于LBL组。结论:3D打印模型结合PBL的教学模式可提升骨科见习课的教学效果。Aims:To explore the teaching effect of PBL combined with 3D printing technology model in postgraduate teaching of orthopedic surgery.Methods:Seventy-four graduate students of 2012 grade were randomly divided into experimental group(n=37)and control group(n=37)to take the orthopedics course.The experimental group used the PBL teaching model of acetabular fracture 3D printing model.The control group only use standardized PBL teaching mode without 3D printing model.The questionnaires were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of the two groups.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in the degree of recognition of teaching methods and teaching effects between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,students in the experimental group had significantly improved their mastery capacity of acetabular fracture-related knowledge,and had a higher learning initiative.In the course of clinical operations,the exercises of teamwork and communication skills of the PBL teaching group are better than those of LBL group.Conclusion:The 3D printing model combined with the PBL teaching model can improve the teaching effect of orthopedic internships.
