摘 要:为了解决漂白塔温度控制系统容易受外界干扰、自身参数时变不确定、存在大滞后特性以及控制难度大等问题,采用模糊PID的控制算法,结合免疫机理构成模糊-免疫PID控制器的系统。由于P型免疫反馈控制器存在着无法完全消除超调量的问题,本文设计了模糊免疫PID控制器,将免疫控制与模糊控制所具有的非线性逼近能力相结合,并利用MATLAB进行仿真。仿真结果表明,该方法具有超调量小,响应速度快等动态特性以及良好的鲁棒性。Currently there exit some problems in the operation of bleaching tower’s temperature control system,such as susceptibility to external disturbance,time-varying uncertainty of parameters,hysteretic characteristics and difficulty in control.In order to optimize the temperature control system,a fuzzy PID control algorithm was adopted to construct a fuzzy-immune PID controller based on immune mechanism.The fuzzy-immune PID controller was put forward to replace the P-type immune feedback controller which is unable to eliminate overshoot completely.The PID controller combines the nonlinear approximation ability of immune control and fuzzy control,and simulates it by MATLAB.The simulation results show that this method has sound dynamic characteristics of small overshoot and fast response,as well as good robustness.
