摘  要:针对火电厂主汽温控制系统中被控对象具有大延迟、大惯性特点,模糊控制和常规PID很难达到理想的控制要求,在Simulink环境下,将模糊控制、PID控制和串级控制结合起来,设计了主汽温串级模糊控制策略和模糊自适应PID控制器,实现了PID控制器参数的在线自整定。仿真结果表明:模糊自适应PID串级控制比常规PID串级控制具有超调量小、调节时间短,抗干扰能力强,且具有较强的鲁棒性,对实际工程应用具有一定的参考价值。Aiming at the Characters that long time delay,large inertia in main steam temperature control system of the control object.Fuzzy control and conventional PID are difficult to achieve ideal control requirements.In Simulink environment,the fuzzy control strategy of main steam temperature cascade is designed,a method of PID-control with fuzzy self-adjusting parameter is proposed based on the cascade control,fuzzy control and PID control.Online self-tuning of the parameters of PID controller was realized.Simulation results show that smaller overshoot、shorter regulation time、stronger anti-interference ability and stronger robustness can be obtained by using the fuzzy self-tuning PID control.It have certain reference significance for practical engineering application.
