摘　　要：实施健康中国战略是时代发展的必然要求和重要战略,公立医院必须充分发挥在建立优质高效的卫生服务体系和提高人民健康水平方面的作用和价值,而学科建设是提升医院实力、促进医院发展的关键。文章以上海市第十人民医院医疗集团运行为例,分析不同学科合作模式的具体做法以及对不同级别医院的影响,以期对医院发展提供借鉴意义。The Healthy China blueprint is an inevitable requirement and important strategy for China’s development in the new era.Public hospitals must play an important role in establishing a high-quality and efficient health service system and improving people's health,while discipline construction is the key to building hospital capacity and promoting its development.Taking the Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital Medical Group as an example,this article analyzes its specific practices in interdisciplinary cooperation and their impact on its member hospitals of different grades,in an attempt to provide new insight into the development of hospitals.
