摘　　要：该研究基于海恩法则探讨实验室成员的素质及责任心的重要性,明确建设实验室安全队伍的必要性。研究表明选拔有责任心的研究生担任实验室安全员,可以加强实验室安全工作队伍,拓展实验工作深度和广度,在4+1工作格局中,带动其他实验室成员提高安全素质和责任心,更有力地保障实验室的安全运行。Based on Heinrich’s law,this study explores the importance of the quality and responsibility of the laboratory members and clarifies the necessity of the construction of the laboratory safety team.The research shows that selecting responsible graduate students as laboratory safety staff can strengthen the laboratory safety work team,expand the depth and breadth of laboratory work,encourage other laboratory members to improve the safety quality and responsibility in the 4+1 working pattern,and more effectively ensure the safe operation of laboratories.
