摘 要:文章以J大学5位具有代表性的教师为研究对象,首先总结了被访教师的教学特点,然后通过访谈法深度挖掘了被访教师采用新教学方法的影响因素。文章发现,高校教师采用不同的教学方法,主要取决于其所持的教育教学理念和对教学的追求——其中,教师的受教育经历和新手期的机缘,会对其教育教学理念产生长远影响;而教师对教学问题的体察和态度、对教学细节的关注,则反映了教师对教学的追求。此外,教学与科研的关系、交流平台及行政力量,作为外部因素也在一定程度上影响高校教师使用"新"的教学方法。据此,文章提出了促使高校教师使用新教学方法的建议,以期为新教学方法的推行和教学改革提供参考。This paper took five representative teachers from J University as research objects,firstly summarized their teaching characteristics,and then deeply excavated the factors influencing the adoption of new teaching methods by them through the interview method.It was found that the adoption of different teaching methods by university teachers was mainly depended on their personal teaching ideas and pursuit on teaching.Among them,teachers’educational experience and the opportunity as novice could have a long-term impact on their teaching ideas.Meanwhile,teachers’perception and attitude towards teaching problems,and their attention on teaching details,reflected their pursuit on teaching.In addition,some external factors,such as the relationship between teaching and research,communication platform and administrative power,also affected the adoption of“new”teaching methods by university teachers to some extent.Based on this,some suggestions to push university teachers to adopt new teaching methods were proposed in this paper,expecting to provide reference for the implementation of new teaching methods and teaching reform.
