摘　　要：谴责名单制度是美国大学教授协会捍卫大学教师学术自由的利器,其发挥作用的最重要手段就是发布谴责名单,将严重侵害大学教师学术自由和违反终身教职原则的院校列入"黑名单"进行曝光和谴责,敦促美国院校推行保护学术自由原则的终身教职制度。自1930年谴责名单制度产生以来,美国大学教授协会不断改进和完善这一制度,规范制度的调查程序以及调查依据,加强与美国其他专业学会或协会组织的合作,扩大该制度的宣传力度和制裁效果,提升了美国大学教授协会在高等教育系统和社会公众中的地位与影响力。谴责名单制度在推进学术自由和终身教职原则、促进美国学术职业发展等方面发挥了重要作用。The system of Censure List is the most important weapon for AAUP to defend academic freedom in American higher education by publishing the black lists of those colleges and universities who violate the principles of AAUP about academic freedom and tenure.AAUP has enhanced its status and influence in American colleges and universities since 1930s by perfecting the system of censure list,standardizing the investigation procedures and evidences,collaborating with other professional organizations,widely publicizing the list and severely punishing those on the list.The system of censure list has played a very important role in protecting the principles of academic freedom and tenure and in promoting the development of academic profession in American colleges and universities.
