摘  要:以FSAE赛车CBR600型汽油发动机进气歧管为研究对象,在不降低发动机动力学性能的前提下,分析与改进进气歧管气动噪声.基于计算流体力学与声学理论,根据现有发动机性能参数,通过GT-Power软件创建二维赛车发动机进排气系统模型.计算发动机在6 000 r/min工况下的进气情况,并将该结果作为流体计算的初始条件.采用CFD软件进行稳态与瞬态流体分析,分析发动机在该工况下进气歧管内部气体流动与压力分布情况.将瞬态流体计算结果与声学软件LMS Virtual Lab Acoustics耦合计算,得到进气歧管表面声场分布与辐射噪声,分析结果表明低频噪声是该进气系统主要的噪声源.通过改进进气管长度和谐振腔容积确定3个结构改进方案.从定性的角度比较分析,优化后进气歧管进气噪声得到降低,且发动机动力学性能有所提升,最终确定方案3为最优方案.The intake manifold of FSAE CBR600 gasoline engine is taken as the object of study,and the aerodynamic noise of intake manifold is studied,analyzed and improved without reducing the dynamic performance of the engine.Based on the theory of computational fluid dynamics and acoustics,the model of two dimensional racing engine intake and exhaust system is established by using GT-Power software according to the existing engine performance parameters.The intake of the engine under 6 000 r/min condition was calculated,and the result is taken as the initial condition of fluid calculation.Steady flow and transient fluid analysis using CFD software are used to analyze the flow and pressure distribution of the air inlet manifold under this condition.Combining the transient fluid calculation and LMS Virtual Lab Acoustics software for acoustic coupling,the field distribution of intake manifold and the surface radiation noise are obtained.Analysis results show that the low frequency noise is the main noise source of the air intake system.By improving the length of intake pipe and the volume of vibration cavity,three structural improvement schemes are determined.From the qualitative point of view,the intake manifold noise is reduced and the dynamic performance of the engine is improved
