摘　　要：结合民族高等教育和新工科建设要求,文章以民族院校软件工程国际化建设改革为研究对象,探讨其在新工科背景下办学理念、培育机制和政策制度等方面的机制改革。通过以学生创新能力培养为核心,引入国外先进教育理念,将教学与工程实践高度结合,探索适合民族院校发展的软件工程国际化建设途径。Based on requirements of higher education for minority nationality and emerging engineering education,the mechanism reforms of internationalization construction of software engineering in university for nationalities are taken as the research object in this paper.The school-running concept,cultivation mechanism and management regulations are also discussed according to emerging engineering education.Through introducing advanced foreign educational ideas to integrate engineering practice into teaching,which mainly focuses on the cultivation of students'innovative ability,this thesis explores the way of internationalization of software engineering suitable for colleges and universities of minority nationalities.
