摘　　要：我国成为"华盛顿协议"正式会员,这是我国工程教育认证工作发展中一个重要的里程碑。目前中国工程教育专业认证体系已形成和完善,越来越多的高等学校认可和实践以"学生中心""成果导向""持续改进"的理念,制定符合专业认证标准的培养方案以及与国际接轨的评价标准对高校各个工科专业尤为重要。文章从工程教育认证通用标准和机械类专业认证补充标准入手,解剖人才培养方案制定中的思路和要点,归纳总结出符合专业认证的人才培养方案的设计规律,以供同行和兄弟专业借鉴参考。China has become a full member of the Washington Agreement,which is an important milestone in the development of engineering education certification in China.At present,the certification system of engineering education in China has been formed and perfected.Student center,result orientation and continuous improvement are recognized and practiced by more and more institu-tions of higher learning.It is very important for each engineering specialty to establish the training program which accords with the professional certification standard and the evaluation standard which is in line with the international standards.This paper starts with the general standards and supplementary standards of engineering education certification.The thinking and the key points are dissect-ed in the formulation of the talent training plan.The design rules of talent training scheme in accordance with professional authenti-cation are summarized for the reference of peers specialty.
