摘  要:为了解决现有线结构光视觉测量过程中,线结构光传感器标定复杂,需要特定标定物等问题,提出了一种基于单应性矩阵的线结构光视觉测量方法。该方法利用单应性矩阵表示线结构光条纹在左右视图中的匹配关系,使得线结构光传感器标定的时候无须求取光平面方程,只需要利用二维图像匹配点标定光平面所对应的单应性矩阵即可,然后利用双目视差原理重建结构光条纹的三维空间坐标。通过实验验证了利用单应性矩阵进行线结构光视觉测量的可行性,实验结果表明该方法操作简单,适合现场标定测量。In order to solve the problem that in the process of line structured light visual measurement,the calibration of line structured light sensor is complex and a specific calibrator is needed,a line-structured light vision sensor measurement method based on homography matrix was proposed.The matching relationship of the line-structured light s stripe image in left and right views was acquired by the homography matrix.The optical plane equation is not needed when the linear structure optical sensor is calibrated.The single-response matrix was just used corresponding to the calibration light plane of the 2d image matching point,Then the 3D space coordinates of the object is constructed by using the binocular parallax principle..Experiments verifie the feasibility of using the homography matrices for visual measurement of line structured light.the method is simple and suitable for real-time calibration of measurement.
