临床医师职业综合能力培养存在的问题及对策——以心血管外科为例

摘　　要：随着生活水平的提高,人们对健康的需求与日俱增,这就需要医师有较高的综合能力与之配合,那如何提高医师的岗位胜任力就成了重要问题。本文以心血管外科为例,综合分析了心血管外科医师综合能力培养的现状,指出了心血管外科医师职业胜任力培养存在的问题,并对问题进行了剖析,结合临床实际培养情况制定了对策,对医师胜任力培养进行了思考与探索。最后以某三级综合医院心脏大血管外科住院医师规范化培训经验为例,阐述了相关培养经验。With improvement of living condition,more and more people are going to keep their eyes on their cardiovascular problems that need qualified doctors to resolve.An important problem with how to increase the level of competence of being an eligible doctor arises.Cardiovascular surgery department is taken as an example and the training program for cardiovascular surgeons analyzed as well in the article.Some deficiency was found and analyzed for recent training system.According to the problems elicited from recent clinical training program,the strategy was made and presented in the article after a deep consideration and exploration.The experience of standardized training program for resident doctors in practice from a cardiovascular surgery center was introduced as a reference.
