摘　　要：师生交往在高职人才培养环节起着重要作用。文章认为高职师生交往具有德育渗透的功能,高职教师应充分认识师生交往的作用和价值,搭建师生交往平台,更好地引导学生成人成才。Teacher-student interaction plays an important role in the training of higher vocational talents.Teachers in higher vocational colleges should give full play to the function of teacher-student interaction and guide students'growth.
